Narration of the Story

One Tip: Go at the end of post select a music ,Start the music and then read it will help.

Now We all are in a time when we have time for ourselves and we want to use it effectively.

As we know this is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

We “Spend⏳” our time on tasks. Note here that we Spend it so let us consider it as “Money💵” or “A valuable Thing💎”. The Second Thing We use is our Energy.

Now Everything mentioned here is a path but the real tasks are yours so mold it in your own way✔🤷‍♂️.

Lets Start:

Consider that as the day starts you have had a good sleep🛌.

You get a fixed amount of energy and time(86400 Sec) which is for us 100% here in graph.

Don’t Worry its not Complicated Cause there is a Graph📉.

Now Most people spend a day like this:

They utilize more energy in some tasks and then lack energy for some tasks.

Instead What we want is :

Here the time and energy distribution is what we want here simply take breaks but how many and how ?

(1)Scheduling:📑

Now i know most of us know about it and have tried.

Facts: You have the highest productivity and creativity in the morning.

(1) When you have the most energy 💪you do the “Toughest or Most Complicated task”. Yep it is the way. But..

(2)You feel Frustrated in tough one(Like Solving Questions📄 or Coding👨‍💻) so start with a remaining small work or a fairly easy and less time consuming task(Like a Code you wrote yesterday or referring a cheat sheet🧾).

(3)Then break it in easier tasks🧮.

(4)Repeat It for every task🧵.

(2)Don’t Try Multitasking:⛔🐱‍🏍

Multitasking is a myth what you do is you jump over tasks so the efficiency of the task decreases.

So Focus on one thing at a time give it needed time.

(3)Use Pomodoro Technique:💱🕐

This is a fairly famous technique. And It Works !!✔

Normally humans can focus🕵️‍♀️ on one thing with highest energy for 20 to 25 Min.So we will use it to empower our tasks.

What you do is:

Pomodoro

(1) You Work For 25 min and then take a 5 Min Break ! Easy Right☺

(2)Repeat it💫 .

(3)When you feel you can focus more than 25 min adjust it to your timings.

Now I am not sponsoring but I use The Pomodoro App(For Phones) same way there are good apps and soft wares for desktops do use them to support you.

Bonus Tip:🎁

When you start your task use a reading🎵 or instrumental music🎼 in background(Make Sure it does not have Lyrics or Speaking).

Your Mind is at only two tasks but nothing to do with music so it will focus on task.
